StoVi is a powerful AI-driven platform designed to automate video creation from text, images, and videos. The name is derived for its capability to convert ‘Stories’ (Articles) to captivating ‘Videos’. Built for Kabaddi Adda, it enables content creators to produce videos quickly and efficiently, even generating content directly from articles.

Problem Statement
Kabaddi Adda needed a solution to automate video creation to keep up with their fast-paced content schedule. The challenge was to design an intuitive interface that could handle complex tasks like generating videos from articles, while remaining accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise. The following were the key challenges outlined:
- Simplifying complex AI-driven processes.
- Ensuring a seamless user experience for content creators.
- Integrating diverse media types (text, images, videos) into a single cohesive platform.
Research
- User Research: Conducted interviews and surveys with content creators at Kabaddi Adda to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyzed existing video generation tools to identify gaps and opportunities for StoVi.

- Content creation has to be fast and engaging, as Kabaddi Adda wanted to be the ‘go-to’ place for all news and information pertaining to Kabaddi.
UI Design
The early stages focused on mapping out user flows and ensuring a logical, intuitive interface that minimized the learning curve for new users. We emphasized on a clean, uncluttered layout that would allow users to focus on the task of video creation without being overwhelmed by options. Some of the renditions are as given below:
Development & Testing
Worked closely with developers to ensure that the design was implemented accurately. Regular check-ins and detailed design documentation facilitated a smooth transition from design to development. Faced with limitations in rendering real-time previews of generated videos, we collaborated to optimize performance without compromising on user experience.
Conducted usability testing with a small group of Kabaddi Adda content creators. Feedback was collected on ease of use, speed, and overall satisfaction. Based on feedback, we made adjustments to the workflow, particularly in streamlining the media upload process and enhancing the clarity of AI-generated content suggestions.
Outcome & Reflection
StoVi successfully reduced the time required for video production by 60%, allowing Kabaddi Adda to scale up their content output. User satisfaction ratings for the platform were overwhelmingly positive, citing ease of use and efficiency as key strengths. StoVi’s success laid the groundwork for further innovations in automated content creation, establishing a new standard for efficiency in digital media.
